Hotel Est - Bucharest

I recently stayed at Hotel Est for 4 nights, and I must say, the night staff exceeded my expectations. The front desk went out of their way to accommodate my demanding requests. Despite the freezing -6-degree weather, I was pleasantly surprised to find my room always warm. The housekeeping staff even changed the sheets on the second day, which were spotlessly clean. The hotel's central location allowed for an easy walk to the old town, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was made to feel welcome. Any requests made were attended to promptly and efficiently. I would definitely return when visiting Bucharest as I regarded the hotel as excellent value for money.

The only problem is that, as policy, they do not supply plugs for the wash basins in the ensuite bathrooms

So many things to do in the hotel that I didn't have time to get bored. The location was perfect, I could stumble over all the main attractions. , I felt super safe with all those fire extinguishers and smoke detectors around.

Who needs fresh air anyway? The room smelled like a smoking lounge and I got a free concert of outside noises all night long.

i like the hospitality of the hotel staff...and the girl who speaks influent english ..she was very nice with me and very helpful , especially when she gave me some advices where to go and how mich you should pay to the taxi service ...

i didn't like ignoring the cleaning of the room the 1st day which forced me to ask for this from the reception the next day ....but even they cleaned it they changed only the blanket but the kept the cover of the matress which was unhealthy,,,

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms-very clean (the Housekeeper came every day). The breakfast was more than enough for this small hotel. Definitely, I will reccommend this hotel to my friends (perfect for a city/week-end break). 10/10

The toilets need a small refurbishment :).

The location of this place was convenient as one of the dining options, Belli Siciliani, was just a 10-minute walk away, meeting our needs.

I was delighted with the charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful paintings on the walls and the cozy furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even the general areas of the hotel were tastefully decorated, with lovely carpets and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with ramps and handrails in the common areas, making it convenient for me to move around without any difficulty.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more organized activities or entertainment suitable for senior people. While the hotel itself was lovely, I believe that offering some recreational options specifically designed for us would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Despite being on the smaller side, the rooms were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. The air conditioning was a great addition, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's WiFi was a major plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip.

One aspect that could have been improved was the breakfast. Although it was included in the stay, I found that the same breakfast was served every morning, which became repetitive and boring after a few days.

Spent Christmas break in this hotel. The room was cozy enough and equipped with air conditioning which was very handy since the hotel was located in a busy street. The WiFi connection was really good, so no problems in staying connected with friends and family. The hotel was conveniently situated, near to a shopping mall and a bus stop just a short walk away. One of the highlights of the hotel was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

There were a few things that could have been improved. Breakfast was the same every day and was quite monotonous, it would have been nice to have had more variety.

Located close to the Parliament, this hotel is a great base for exploring the city. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and offer a selection of English channels. Some rooms offer impressive views of the city. the hotel is situated near many restaurants and cafes, making dining options easy to come by.

Some guests noted issues with cleanliness, specifically dusty and dirty rooms.

The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with air conditioning and access to free Wi-Fi. the staff was polite and always eager to assist. the hotel is conveniently situated near public transit, making it easy to reach key locations in the surrounding areas. the breakfast was varied and delicious, providing plenty of energy for a day of exploring.

Unfortunately the cleaning left something to be desired. In my room I noticed some minor issues that could have been easily resolved, and I would have preferred if the hotel had taken better care to make sure everything was tidy.

I had a great stay at Est Hotel in Bucharest. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with working TV and A/C. The location was convenient, with easy parking and close proximity to Obor. Despite some minor issues, like a weak Wi-Fi signal and a lack of variety at breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful.
